
Born and raised in West Bridgewater, Dr. Zamaitis attended West Bridgewater High School before attending Syracuse University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. While at Syracuse, he became a letterman on the football team, playing middle linebacker/guard.
He continued his studies at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine,, graduating in 1978. The following year, he completed a general residency at Fairfield Hills State Hospital. Dr. Zamitis opened his private practice (in the house he had grown up in) in West Bridgewater in 1984 and has been there ever since.
He enjoys fishing, boating, skiing, and hanging out with his grandchildren and black lab in his spare time.
